Mince Pie Spelt Cookies & a Christmas Celebration

This time of year is the most hectic and happiest month in the whole world... don't you agree? 

Christmas is come in a blinking eye & every household have their own way celebrating this wonderful moment.

Here in Indonesia, Christmas celebration often celebrated before 25 December. Most of Church have their celebration about a week before the "official" date of  Christmas.

On Sunday, we had our Christmas celebration. And guess who was responsible for holding the gear that day? Yes, it was me. :D

That was my first time using a manual mode on "moving-objects", so you must be known how nervous I was on that day. 

And you can imagine how surprise I was when I got there and saw the whole room? If it is not too dark (because the light is turn off) , then it will be to bright (because they put 2 big and tall lamp in front)! 

So my camera and I had to compete with the light, my "knowledge" and my 2 lens...

Festive season... always bring lot's of good things and warm feeling each time they come each year. 

Even followed with busy things to do such as... grocery list - baking madness - gift warping - holiday sale rush - guests - house decorated - craft - menu listing - travel planning - decision made and exhaustion... which in my part is the low blood-pressure "visit... 

but all the list above is paid off when we put the two word side by side : "Christmas Joy"

That's why this kind of season will always be the most wanted and eagerly waited by many people in the whole world... Don't you agree? :)

Chrystilized Ginger

Ones upon a time, there's is a girl name Me... who is so in love with something call Ginger.

Every time Me is traveling and found a local store who sell a Ginger Candy, she will bough it... a lot!

And every time Me having a headache or a migraine visit... Me will sitting in her sofa - watching her favorite tv kabel (AFC & TLC) and enjoying a glass of Ginger Tea with honey... 

The picture will be perfect if that happen in a rainy day...

Oh yes... when raining is come, which is a romantic season and Me loves the most, Me will have the Ginger Tea almost everyday... 

So, Me is questioning why is she so in love this yellow and fragrant ingredient so much? 

And the answer is because Her Morher is so in love with the Ginger also! 

It happen to be a genetic! 

And thanks God for that, because later on Me is found that it is worth to be call as a "Ginger Lover" since lot's of goodness can be found in this simple ingredients... 

Edamame Pasta Salad with Asian Dressing

First... I want to apologize because this late post. As I said at my previous post that I want to post a fresh salad recipe today, but with schedule on tight and lot's of things to do with the boys, pick and drop them at school and other thing to do in the kitchen, so it happen to be I forgetting write this post! :D

The photos is taken a few days ago so no need to do the photograph today, but I just wake up in the morning and planning to do a few baking activity... just like that... on the spot!

So today I make 2 pan of healthy breakfast muffin and 2 dozen of chocolate chips cookies. Ridwan  asking me, "Do I bake brownie too?" since I said in my post that I have to have something chocolately almost after every meal. Well... maybe I will skip for a dessert-dinner :P

Then I said, "since I bake 2 dozen of choco chips cookies then I have nothing to worried for a dessert after meal!" :D
