Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Aglio e Olio ...
This is the most basic of spaghetti, simplest & most popular in Italy.
If you "claim" yourself as a Pasta Lover - like me
 - then this is the kind of spaghetti that you should known - taste - learn & cook first – before the others.

Aglio e Olio itself means garlic & oil, therefore the main ingredient of spaghetti sauce lies in the use of garlic and olive oil.  So, looking for garlic with good quality, and if you have extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) with excellent quality then this is the "right" time to use it:)
Aglio e Olio can also be combined with  shrimp and tomato salad , depending on what u have in hand and what occasion u have

Mango ...
As I've mention in Banana Custard Pudding recipe before, Mango is one of fruits with high carbohydrate.
In 1 cup of mango contained 107kkal, 1gram of protein, 28gram carbohydrate, 0fats & 3gram fiber.
It turned out that this fruit also contains many antioxidants,  vitamins A, C and E. In 165gr of mango contained 25% vitamin A, 76% vitamin C, and 9% of vitamin E.  Not to mention there are other vitamins that follow such as vitamin B6, vitamin C, potassium, copper and 17 amino acids.

Orange Mulled Syrup

This Syrup is very easy to make & most importantly - fast! ;)
I got the idea for this syrup from the foodnetwork .
The mixture of granulated sugar, brown sugar, orange, cinnamon and cloves.
This is actually similar with Maple Syrup. But it is very difficult to find a maple leaf  in Indonesia, so I use what I have in hand J
The fragrant of Sunkist orange & cinnamon which I like, and a little "kick" of cloves make this syrup is no less tasty with a rich aroma :)
